The registration process has changed. If you have registered Realmz in the past and want to request a new registration code (Free of Charge) for Version 5.0 or higher you need to provide us with the following information so we can verify your identity and provide you with a new code to register.
To get your new code via e-mail you must e-mail your request from the e-mail account we have on file for you -OR- provide 100% of the information requested below. Incomplete requests from an e-mail account not on file with us will not be honored.
If you want the new code mailed to you by postal mail, send 100% of the information below along with $1 to our P.O. Box.
To get your new code by phone call us at 608-222-8468 and be prepared to provide the following information.
Prepare To Tell Us:
• Full Name: (As it appears in our records)
• If you paid with a credit card the last 4 digits of the card you used to register:
• Full Mailing Address at the time you registered or last updated the address with us.
• E-Mail Address:
• Serial number of the copy you registered with us in the past.
• Registration code of the copy you registered with us in the past.
• Phone number where we can contact you during the day.
We may also require additional information as proof of purchase before we can issue you your new code in the event taht you do not provide 100% of the information requested above.
This proof of purchase may take the form of any one of the following:
A legible Photocopy or Fax of original registration form you received from us in the mail when you registered.
A legible Photocopy or Fax of the front AND back of the canceled check.
Last 4 digits of the credit card you have on file with us if you used a credit card to order with us.
